Need Info about housemaids

Hi friends

I am new to doha and am looking out for a maid who would help in my household chores everyday for an hour or two . Can any one tell me how to contact one.

Here getting maids are difficult, but can still ask your nearby small grocery shops or any security if you live in apt or nearby any big apt.. and note
they will come for twice or thrice in a week and not on daily basis...hope this is of some help to you... let me know

Thanks for the info. I will try to get a maid as you said.Being new to this place I dont know where is the welcome shop .I am staying in seven pearls apt behind lulu centre.How long have you been staying in doha?Write to me about yourself .

Also I need to know the contact details of a good indian beautician.

I am here in Doha for the past 1 1/2 years with my son and hubby. My son is studying in BPS, I am a home maker. I Stay near National Area.
If you know babyshop my house is very near to that.


Do let me know about your housemaid hunt....

I also need the contact of a indian beautician if you have one .please let me know.

I also read in one of the threads that there is an indian supermarket? can you give an idea of the location of the same?

New Indian supermarket is in Airport - wakra road after 'wearhouse'. Indian beauty parlour(shhanaz) one u have in lulu hypermarket and they have 2-3 branches all over city as u stay in alsaad u will be near to their main branch which is backside of KAAMCO building

Hi Ekata,

The beauty parlour at the LULU hyper is really good. I also go there. The rates are also reasonabe. I had a house maid. He was coming for us every Friday, but now he does not come as his timing does not suit. His no is 6136073 & his name is Youshada. You can give a try might be he can suit ur timings.
