Need info on HSMP visa

Please guide me on hSMP visa,
1: what is the procedure to apply for HSMP visa from USA
2: If the main applicant (my DH) gets the visa, can I as a dependant also work in UK?
3: After getting visa within how many days should we go to UK and find a job.
