Help needed on dependent visa.

hello friends,
I need one hlep.At present we(me nd husband) are in UK with 2kids on HSMP visa.I wanted to bring my widow mother to Uk to stay along with us since im only one daughter.she is 48yrs.
I dnt want her to bring on visitng visa bcoz every 6mtnhs she should travel back to india.
Any thoughts or ideas how can i bring my mom to UK?
Even im planning to go for work.she will be helpful for me at home to care of my kids as my kids are verymuch attached to her by their birth.

and one more question is...how working ladies are managing kids nd work in UK?please let me know.My kids are now in reception.
