Planning to work in Denmark

Hi all,
I am a staff nurse working in Kuwait. I am trying to come to Denmark for work. I would like to know about Denmark. How is the entry rules there?How is the climate there? What is the compensationpackages for nurses? how is the accommadation and living expenses there? Is there any taxation on our salary? Is it possible for getting job for my husband also?Everything please.... Inform me.
If there is any website I can get all these informations??
