Parents visiting Scandinavia

Hi!
I'm Satya.
My parents wish to visit Sweden and Norway, on a budget.
They would like to visit the university of Stockholm and Norway. To spend a week in each country.

Can anyone advise or help me in this matter. Where can they stay. how much will it cost.. etc. Is there anyone locally in case some advice is needed?
