Yes, there is storm warning for this weekend in the north east.. We infact had some mild snowing or precipatate kind this morning here in Mass.. So, better check with that.. However, over news they only mentioned, NJ, upstate NY and Penn..

So, neha, time to plan quick.. MA could be a little ok I guess. So, check them.

I went to Kancamagus Hwy (NH) last week and most of the leaves were already fallen.. However when we went thru another HWY.. 302.. It was just awesome.. I wanna add some pics here for you...

I too checked Poconos weather. it has snow warnings. not sure if it would be a good idea to go.
Otherwise, ill have to view fall colors in NY city itself. may be i will go to central park...
