Before buying please make a lot of survey about area, schools and commuting time to your work place.
I think it is better to wait for couple of more months for buying the house or you can just take your time in shopping around for the house.
I live in Norwood area.

Thanksfor the information punitha...we are still insearch of the house and mortgage so it will take another 3 months ..there is no hurry but just wanted to know..about the place because the house price was very reasonable
