about Lexington

Hi folks,
I am planning on moving to Lexington,Kentucky...would like to get a feel of the environment over there...in terms of Indian population, apartments, rentals, public transport, and cost of living..
Could some one throw some light on these aspects...as I need to take a decision between 2 job offers. This info will be of great help to me.
