    Dear friends;
    It would be nice if you could suggest some places to visit (within or outside NJ) which we can cover in one day. It would be useful for all of us. Will anyone join me?? Any place is fine as long as you have liked it.

    Am planning to take my 3.5 year old to Sesame place (near Hershey) - sound like a fun park for kids.

    I have read that there is a great childrens museum in NY - that might be fun too. There is a special area for toddlers too...

    (These are for parents with little ones - couples may not enjoy them :))

    Nitha,
    Ashram is 1 1/2 hrs drive i think, it is a ashram and the main deity is guru (dakshina moorthy) they have retreats for adults/kids, classes etc. they accept donations and the ashram is run on donations only.

    near this ashram there is one more temple , sringeri, which is also nice, we went in fall and it was beautiful.
    sept13th i think the ashram has anniversary celebrations, even for new yr,jan 1st it is good. u can check their website online.

    Priya.
