What are the Major attractions to cover from NJ?

    Hello Indusladies,

    Me and my husband are planning to cover the major attractions from NJ along with my sister,brother- in- law and their 4 year old daughter in the last week of July.It would of great help if anyone of you can suggest the places we all can visit.We have NY and washinton DC in our list.What are the other places nearby we all can visit?

    (1) Beaches - Point Pleasant and Sandy hook
    (2) aquariums - Adventure Aquarium :: New Jersey, Philadelphia, Hours, Tickets, Group Sales, Timed Tickets, 4-D Theater Tickets
    (3) Cap may
    (4) Six flags Wild safari
    (5) Ripleys beleive it or not museum
    (6) Atlantic City - But you cannot take the kid inside the game floor ... but have a great boardawlk

    If you are interested in theme parks u have six flags

    PA

    (1) Hershey's park
    (2) Sesame Street
    (3) Lots of caverns

    Washington/DC - the usual drill ;)

    NY

    (1) City tour
    (2) Upstate howe cavern

    Thanks a lot for replying.We covered almost all the attractions except the adventure aquarium and the PA's theme parks.:D

    Upstate howe cavern - looks exciting but at the same time lot of warnings are mentioned in the website. Advisable to go with 3yr old?

    Luray caverns are pretty good. But with the 3 year old,
    it will be little bit hard, but manageable.

    My kid is 3.5yrs actually and he is tall for his age. Lot of walking there?
