Gynecologists in and around New Jersey

Hi all ,

I am in a bit confusion.My periods are irregular in the sense i will get my periods evry month but not in 28 days cycle.i came to US in 2005 nov,so it was very cold and the climate didnt suit me.i had period for 15 days since i was new to US i didnt get any appointment to doctor i got appointment to one doctor in progress street ,edison and he prescriped me provera.this one year i am taking regular check-up,but he didnt regularise my periods.this jan month i went to india and again i am having this irregularity,this time my period didnt stoped i am getting spotting everyday .so i am planning to change my doctor .can anyone suggest me some good ob-gyn(preferably lady doctor)and we r planning for baby and bcoz of this it is getting delayed.we stay in somerset ,so suggest me some good doctor in nj.

Ramya, You can try Dr.Sheela Choubey in somerset, Many of my friends in my apt went to her and even i liked her. but do enquire and see if u like her.Good luck!

yep even i too heard from one of my friend that Dr Sheela choubey(she is her gynic for her second child and is satisfied) is good and i think u can visit her.

Hi All,

I am Sathya. I moved to NJ from India about 3 months back. I stay at Parsippany,NJ. Being new to this location I am finding it difficult to search for a good gynecologist here. Can anyone pls help in this regard?

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone knows any good gynec here in Jersey city area ? Being on H4 I have limited things to do and now its been few years to our wedding we are planning to have a baby...I got all my test done in India before i came here 2 months back...and I was told that I may have something called PCOS. I want to seek a good gynec who can help me with conceiving and guiding me through. Any Suggestions ?
