Hi Ami,
You are right. Philadelphia (city of brotherly love) is the Philly downtown.
You can very well spent a day there, which is very close to NJ. You can see the
Liberty bell and the Hall of independence where the founding fathers of US
signed the declaration of independence. If you are really interested in US history
Philly is a great place to visit.

You asked about the castles, right? They are in Newport, Rhode Island.
There is a cliff walk for more than 2 miles along the shore. You can view
the castles. But now the weather is cold. Summer months are the best to visit.
From NJ you can reach there by 3 hours. You have to pay entrance fee for each
and every castle. I just cliff walked there last year and enjoyed the view.
Took pictures of the castles from outside.

Enjoy your trip!

Default Thanks for sharing..

Hi friends,

Yesterday, we made a visit to Wax museum in NY and it was great. Initially, my daughter did not enjoy as she is just 3, but later, she just imitated all people's postures and gave us a different poses.

We all had a nice time and thank you for the right time suggestions.

Rgds.

Dear Ami

We visited the Arsha Vidya Ashram PA when we were in NJ. I guess the distance will be approximately 70miles from NJ. The place was very good with a nice Dakshinamoorthy temple. Hope I have been of some help.

Love
Priya

Hi Ami,

From Central Newjersey to Arsha vidya, the driving distance is approximately
85 miles. You have to take I-78 West and then to Rte 33 towards Stroudsbourg.
Arsha vidya is is Saylorsburg, it is next to Saylorsburg lumber Company.
Before entering to the Gurukul, you can see a big flea market at the opposite side.

If you are not ok with the above directions, you can go to their website
www.arshavidya.org and go to the Gurukulam information, there you will get the
complete address.

I hope the above information is somewhat useful to you.

Default Thanks, Vidhya & Priya..

That was so prompt of you, Priya and it is indeed a great help for me!!

And, Vidhya, it was so clear. Guess that I dont need yahoo, mapquest maps or even navigator. You are a wonderful person!!!

BTW, I am looking for some details abt Baltimore, not for tourism purpose. But, for residential purpose like which area is better to live in or which school district is better ??

Hoping that I can expect some answers from the residents of Baltimore????

Rgds.
