Appartment Search in Columbus,OH

Hi All,

We are relocating from Phoenix to Columbus in the starting of Dec 09.
My husband's project is in North Airlington.

He has been given temp accomdation in Dublin.The temp accommodation is 10 miles to his office.

We decide to search for an apartment in Dublin.

I need your help in searching a good apartment in Dublin.

Do you have kids ? If so Britton Woods comes under Dublin school district.

Otherwise tuttle grove,tuttle parke, pines, crossings at avery are good options which comes under Columbus and Hilliard School districts.

Sycamore Ridge is a pretty good place too
Also recommend Tuttle grove and the Pines like Manjula...

I do have a kid but not school going one .My son is just a month old .

I called all the appartment you mentioned .The rent in Pines seems to be little high they charge 935$ for a 2Bed and Bath .The the turtle grove the lease breakage seems to very high they are charging the entire left lease term for the breakage is it the case with all the appartments in Ohio or only these .

Also Manju I just learnt from the Due date forum that u too delivered in September could you please suggested some Ped you looked for ur baby .

Also Ladies I need some suggestion from you people as how I need to dress myself and my baby for the Winter .

I have never been in cold places as Phoenix is hot for most part of the Year ..

If I need some winter dress shopping please do specify so that I can try shopping them from Phoenix itself.

Pines and Crossings at Avery are higher than Tuttles Grove,Tuttles parke.I just told you becoz,I was not sure of the availability in these apartments.

I hope the lease breakage is same for all apartments here.How is it in Phoenix?

I go to Emerald Pediatrics for both of my kids.Mostly I see Kathryn Ginoochi,If I don't get an appointment with her I see Laura Plachta.

What's your son's name and when are you moving?

Here in Phoenix the Lease breakage is 2 months rent ..
My Son's name is Yuvan . What's your babies name .

My ped here is a Indian I was very particular to have an Indian Ped .
I have a thought that American Ped will not be able to understand our diet .

How was your experience with her .

Could you please let me know the winter clothes for baby and me ?

My DD's name is Madhuvanthi,DS name is Samrudh.

Winter clothes,I put Jacket,gloves,sox,shoes and cap for my DD.Since you are coming from really hot place,initially you can try one more layer inside jacket say sweater,If he becomes really warm,you can remove that extra layer.

My couple of friends are at crossings at avery.Since now it has become a paid settings for private messages,i am not able to send my contact address and phone


I think crossings at avery provides 6 month lease options don't they?what happened to tuttle parke?They also charge too much for lease breakage is it?
