Looking for live in nanny

Hello,
My husband and I are a professional couple looking for a live-in nanny in Indianapolis interested in taking care of our baby who will be 6 mo old starting June 2010. We are looking for someone who is a Malayali Christian who is nurturing, reliable, gentle natured and experienced in infant care. Ability to do light cooking and housework would be much appreciated. We will compensate you well for your time. I would like this person to become an extension of our family, the right personality is very important to us! If interested, please post back
