Moving to Schaumburg IL. Need help about good apartments.

Hi

I would be moving to Schaumburg very soon and looking for apartments online. Could anyone suggest for good apartments complex in the Schaumburg area.

We were looking for following amenities -

1) Closer to bus stop or train station
2) Washer/dryer included
3) 2/3 bedroom OR townhouse
4) atleast 2 bathroom
5) If heater costs are included it would be awesome.

I currently live in peoria IL and our current apartment does provide heater cost so it is very economical during the winters.

I would appreciate if anyone could suggest me any good apartments. Also if you live in that apartment complex then I could refer you.

Hi Meeta,

I used to live in Elk Grove Village and its close to Schaumburg. The appartment name was 'Alpine appartments'. Its pretty good appartment complex and I guess gas is included in the rent. The appartments are very spacious. I had 2 bed 2 bath accomodation and master bedroom was big with a big walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom was a little bit on the smaller side but can fit a queen size bed easily. The only drawback was there was no AC in the 2nd bedroom but since it was just me and my husband it did not bother us.

sorry got a little confused with the apartment name and area. Its Mount Prospect and not Elk Grove Village and the apartment name was something 'Mansions..'

we live in versailles on d lake,,,its decent appt community....rentl wise its on th expensive side but now a days they r giving 2-3 mnths credit on rent....nice size bedrooms .. our lat is 2bed 2 bth...its a big one...one more thing is d mitnce z pretty awesome ..juss go online n check if int....
