I too experienced morning sickness during my pregrancies. By the way I have two girls. They are in their teens now.
I was advised to take dry toast every morning and plain tea. It did help. Avoid oily and spicy food. Once you begin to feel better, start taking lots of milk and fresh fruit juice.
