Now that you have given me a lead, I would try to do research more on Brickfields. We look forward to save some money, so simple and neat houses with medium/ lower rentals is what we currently look for.

Just to have few options, If you get to know any locality other than brickfields, kindly post them.

Once I reach KL, we would be staying for a while in a hotel and then we should look out for apartments. Anyways, as u had said, we could also try to get help from the colleagues of my hubby.
