No, none of the shops in subang jaya supply paneer. Try the shops in Brickfields.
As for fresh milk, yes, it is available in Subang Jaya. I have seen the milkman making their rounds in the evenings. Maybe you can pm me your location and I will try and get the telephone number of the milkman from my friends.

thanks a lot in advance... i m living in ss 16, near carrefour, subang jaya ... it will be a gr8 help if i get fresh milk here either cow milk or buffalo milk...so plz tell me if u knw any milk man number who can supply here ...

You can also get fresh paneer in Brickfields. The shop name is Modernspice next to CIMB bank. They open from early mrng till midnite 1am. You can get all northern indiand stuffs here imported from India. And the price is not much different from what you pay in india, sometimes chepaer.

Do u mind trying fresh milk which comes in box like Dutchlady? You can get both in low fat n full cream, can get in any sundry shop or hypermarkets.

currently i m using the dutch lady full cream milk...but i thought if i get the fresh milk then it will be much better .. & if i will get the buffalo milk then it will be damm good for me .. as i can make paneer, ghee or curd by myself frm tht milk... thts y i was searching....
