My office is in Simi Valley and im looking for accomodation nearby to that place.

In general, I also wish to know about the place.

Is this place well connected by metro and amtrack trains and buses.

Are there any big supermarkets in the nearby places.

Is a car really necessary to live in Simi Valley

I also wish to know about the weather and if there are many Indians in that place.

I live in Simi Valley. Have been for last 8 yrs.
Yes, Simi Valley does have Metro, Amtrack station. Simi is a fairly big city and we have a big Mall, Target, Walmart, 2 Indian Stores, and lots of other big stores. I rarely have to leave Simi for anything. Woodland Hills is close by and has many more malls and stores.

Abt car- I would say that its always good to have one anywhere in LA.
Simi does have a bus system but I have never used it. I do have friends who have and its good they say.

Abt Indians - there are LOT of desis. Presence of 2 Indian stores is the proof :)


Simi is a very residential place with lots of parks and a very good school system ( again, LOT of desis = good schools :) )
Very safe city. Nice weather. Beautiful location.

You must be wondering if I get paid by the city to advertise them in such good light, right ?
I have lived here for long and I really love Simi Valley. You will like it too.
