Default Restaurants in East Ham ,London.

Hi,
I have been a resident in East ham- London for over three years and thought i would pass on my personal experiences in some the restaurants over the years by visiting alone as well as with my friends.

Chennai Dosa -- Food was initially of good taste and quality ,but seemed to go down off late .But nevertheless has a good customer Base .But staff should be trained to be more polite and should also be increased to meet demands.Have been made to wait many a times to be asked for the first order.

Saravana Bhavan-- Good quality food and variety of veg items. The worst customer service faced here each time when we have entered in groups or even as a couple, we have had no choice to choose our table but insisted by ppl to sit where they want us to sit ,even when most of the tables are not occupied. The reply was ,"its easy for us to serve"-Pheww!!! (why dont we sit in your kitchen floor..would be easier for you)..sorry no offences..Worst customer service by one or two charcters spoil the enter rapport of the place.

Vasantha Bhavan--- Fantastic food -Poor customer service .But good that they have increased their sitting area along with buffet service.

Hyderbadi spice--- Nice courteous service but food no good. First month was good but then onwards most of the food that we have tasted there has been half cooked. Waiting time too much.Quantity good but Quality Bad.

Taste of India-- Good place for vegetarians. Less staff. New staff very often and hence dont know the food available.Should try maintain their resources. Therefore anyone gets a bit irritated because you have to limit yourself from asking anything special.

Priya - Nice place for family dinner .Excellent food .Drinks permitted . But has become a meeting place for most groups and gangs as drinks are allowed.Hence they become quite nosy when family or couples dine in.

Overall the food available in east ham is by large awesome but these restaurants should improve their customer service and if done i,m sure they would reach greater heights as well as serve the thousands of Indians with their favourite food that they have been missing .East Ham ---A Must Visit for anyone who loves Indian food !!!!!
