Any working in a contact center????????

Hellooo Ladies,

I wanna know if anyone of you is working in a contact center.I am presently working in here but i wanna know about its scope as in how is it going to be if i take it as my career.I am hv worked in software testing for 1 year but not able to find a job in the same role in London.
Thinking about changing my line.

Please suggest.
