Default UK visa for baby born in India

Dear members,

Iam on student dependent visa planning to have my delivery in India. I wish to have information on how to apply for visa from india for my baby when i intend to join my husband(student) in Uk. Kindly include details of all documents required for the same.

Any information regarding the same will be much appreciated.

I think, you need apply for his/her dependent visa.

Please email or call VFS office in India. THey can guide you much better

Hi Priya,
I would suggest that you apply for your kid's passport as soon as he/she is born.I would say tatkal is the best way to do that otherwise it would take ages.Also, you should have your spouse name endorsed in your passport to apply for you kid's passport.
