Hmm..coincidentally all the people named with 'S' look quite keen on the meet if someone wants to prove wrong then please add your name to the list.

Can you confirm if you are fine with any of the above dates since both of you have expressed interest and it would be nice to agree on a date when every one can make it.

So, as of now only 5 are finalised..Good, Just wanted to know what time we would be meeting? As I have a little one with me I would prefer Lunch time. What do you say?

Also will we be meeting with our families or just us. Any ideas??

Lunch time is perfect as we can spend more time. I thought it was going to be just us and kids of course ..are families also included ? I think initially it will be good if we all can meet and get to know each other and not bore our hubbies with our cackle but if somebody thinks otherwise please voice your opinion.

I am happy that 5 are us have atleast confirmed and pray that there are not going to be any dropouts owing to unavoidable circumstances...let us all keep this thread active and hopefully few others might join us

Thats a good idea. I can ask my hubby to take care of the older one so I can bring the little one, which will be less hassle. How old are ur kids?

So now finally we can agree on few things...

Event: IL London Meet
Venue: Hare & Tortoise , Russell Square
Time: 12:00 PM (?)
Date: Oct 18th ( since most of us can make it on this date and I really cant wait to see you all )

Can we change the title of the thread to include the date so that everyone is aware that this is an event in future and not something in the past and can get involved.I am not sure how to do that.
