Hi,

One of my friend is travelling on a short term assignment and would like to get some shopping tips.
Is there a place where they sell some good handbags, cosmetics, or something peculiar/cute which you cant find in India etc within 20 pounds...?
Is there are any deal store like that in London where you can pick up some really good stuff with the above budget? If yes, please shed some light....
