when we took apt rent for 1BHK was 1150.Included cookinggas+parking+heater+hotwater.
Oak terrace is also good i guess, but i heard kitchen is very small.Ours is pretty spacious.

I stay in Hackensack for the past 8 months...I find it convenient as the malls and stores are nearby...

Btw, is there any service centre for mixer/grinder, I got to remove the base of the jar as it got jammed and fix it again... I tried hard, but its very difficult to remove...Pls help..
