Medical help in Yokohama/Japan

HI All, It's me Divya.
Am' in Mumbai right now,will be flying to Yokohama next month.
Am' having thyroid problem and would like to know if good medical facility is available in Yokohama/Japan for this so that I can consult them in case of any problem. Gyneachologists speaking English is there ?
