Racism in Japan? Help a brother out.

I am a full sardar, 18, not exactly a indus lady. I'm living in Canada and i want to move somewhere. Japan seems good but i was wondering how bad the racism would be. I also resided in America for a few years. This video was a little worrying, on youtube "Do you like Japan? Japan doesn't like you!" video. I must know if moving to Japan would be a good goal or just an unrealistic goal?
