Default Teaching/tutoring students with spl.ed requirements

Hi,
I'm exploring teaching/tutoring options for students in spl. ed programs in the Frankfurt area. I'm a special ed. teacher with a Master's from the US and 15 yrs experience teaching children with emotional disorders and language development in very young children. It looks like we may move to Frankfurt in a few months.
What are the options for private teaching? I would ideally like to work in a spl school but language would be a barrier. I realize I actually enjoy my work and would miss it:) Are there any venues to look for English speaking tutors/behaviour therapists, etc? Any help wll be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rama
