Job in Germany - Information/Suggestions needed

Hi friends,

We are from India and my husband is a senior networking architect in an MNC in india. He is 11 years exp. in this (IT) field.
We are interested in finding a good job in germany and would need your useful information.

Can anyone suggest good recruitment agents in germany who would help to find a sponsored jobs( workpermit)
we can infact spend for the visa but would need a reliable job offer.

There might be people who have got sponsored jobs and settled there.It would be very nice if such people can share their experience and provide us some information and it would be of great help...

Please provide as much information and suggestions as possible.
