AMLI is around 5 miles from my place.

Does anyone know how r Collingwood; Century state bridge and Addison place apartments? I am finding a hard time finding an apartment . So please can anyone tell me how these apartments are? Is there any Indian community there? On what exit these are?

Also howz abbot and new prospect school ? Please help me.

I live in Belmont and Century is close to my place. It is a gated community and from what I heard - it is a good place. It is on Exit 10 bang opposite to an Indian shop.

Collingwood is slightly away from the main road of Exit 10 (Old Milton Prkwy). I have seen Addison place from the outside and have seen a lot of Indians around that place. It is close to Old Milton Prkwy. Seems good.

Did you check apartmentratings.com? It may be of help to you in making a decision.

yeah i checked that site also. But the problem is I want the apt on 1st floor and nothing is available. some even do not have any available till june but i need in end of april. still trying hard. i do not know what to do?

I have been noticing some 1 bedroon aptms in Belmont are vacant on the first floor. You can try speaking to them. Did you check the apartments in Exit 11 (windward Parkway).

i am looking for 3br 2 ba atleast. are there no 3 br built on 1st floor in alpharetta.

You can look out in parts of Norcross and Duluth which border Alpharetta like Pleasant Hill Road, Medlock Bridge Road, Abbots Bridge Road, Peachtree Indusrial Blvd, Summit Hill Road etc etc. These roads are part of Duluth or Norcross, but very close to Alpharetta. Also parts of Roswell are close to Alpharetta.

I heard that with large scale foreclosures taking place in the housing scene,many former home owners are moving to apartments. That could be one reason for non-availability of aptms.
