Yoga/Aerobics/Pilates classes

Hi,
Iam mom of 14 month old and still have little of my baby belly left....Iam looking for some yoga/pilates classes @ beginner level in and around Decatur area...Iam ok if itz a little far away too, provided they have weekend classes...

Any help please?

Near Decatur you can try Dance 101, they have fitness classes and they have plenty of classes in the weekends too. I have personally taken some of their classes and loved it..

Thanks for the reply..I have seen Dance 101 from outside.Looking at the people and their fitness level had scared me even to venture inside

Hey, dont worry about the fitness level, i was scared too and went with a co-worker and took some belly dancing classes and it was really fun. They have classes for levels and so you can take a class for the beginners...

definitely try out a class and let me know how it went..
