We are planning to move to Alpharetta in April. Can anyone please tell us what apartments are good to rent and what elementary public schools are good. I have 2 daughters 6 & 2.

I found your apartment hunt in another thread also..
We live in Avonlea in State Bridge Road and the maintanence is very good,but the rent is lil bit high when compared with others..
And you have said you are moving in the month of April,So have you found a apartment and school for your kids already?

no not yet. i am still looking for it. How far is Duluth from Alpharetta. What exit is it on? Do u know the elementary schhol name over there? I havea 6 yr old and a 2 yr old. Both girls. How about u?

We have put my son in 2days pgm in a church school in pleasant hill which starts from sept..
The elementary school here is abbotts hill elementary school

its a strange that just two years back i moved from avonlea apartments .
Oops sorry i did not introduce myself , my name is sudha
i live in colonial plantation just before avonlea. I am looking for a church school for my daughter who will be 3 yrs in july . The one you are going to is out of my way , can you tell me if she is going 3days or all 5 days . As i am a working mother got two daughters one is 5yrs and the other 3yrs i will have picking up issue too please suggest me something . I will really appreciate that .

Y dont you try in the church thats just opposite to whole foods?

have you already registered him ? yeah i know which one you are talking about i am trying both the church the one opposite whole foods and the one next to john glancy hospital . Is your daughter in any sorts of activities ? Please do keep in touch .

yes my son got the admission there...He is going for swimming class on Saturdays in American Sportsplex(Near Big Lots).Are your daughters in any activities?

no they are not yet in any activities , i am looking for something for them, You said your son is going for swimming near big lots that seems to be good and saturday that will work better . Can you give me more info on that or maybe we can contact each other . i did try calling the church school but it seems they are on break (spring )
Have a question to ask you if i do get her registered do you know of anyone who can pick her up after the school . I will really really appreciate that .
