Hi Ladies,
I am wondering if we need to work out on the menu again. Since Raji is not able to come, we only have 15 Chapatis (taken by Manju) for the menu tomorrow. There are abt 3 veggie dishes and abt 3 desserts.

Is anyone ready to bring Chapatis or Puris instead of the veggie dish or dessert? I would have definitely pitched in for these but as I had mentioned earlier I am not good at either of these.

In case nobody is ready to bring them, maybe we can buy some readymade chapatis and heat them at Aarushi's house.

Anyways, please give your comments.

I decided to make the puris that Raji was going to get...so no problem, we'll have enough rotis/puris to go around.

I'll make abt 30 puris..so I guess that shd be enough.

Hema - Veg dish (chole maybe)
Nivedi - Carrot and Coconut rice, raita
Karthika - Carrot Halwa, Brownies
Nidhi - veggie dish and salsa
Manju - Chapatis, Papad, Bisibela
Aarushi - Shahi Paneer, Cake/Tiramisu, chips, Puris

Drinks: Soft drinks and white wine will be there...

hey ppl potluck was really great. i regret for being late , but still had nice time meeting u all. guess main intention was to know u all . all dishes were tasting too gud yummm (missed the coconut rice however ). want to appreciate preethiz effort for this get together (also for the recipe). thanks preethi.
