IT/start-up job after career break, Miami

    Hi,
    I have 6 years IT experience- first as a developer then as a business analyst after that I took a break(3 years) to give time to my family and business venture (things are on hold here).
    We are moving to Miami and I have an L2 visa. So, I can take almost any kind of work.
    Are there any programs there to help women with a career break to get back to job? A returnship program or something? I have been involved with start-up as well... So, I am well equipped to help with that..
    How should I proceed with job search?
