Miami Area Attractions - Places to See!!

Miami is one of the biggest metropolitan areas in the Southeastern United States. It is a major financial and cultural hub with a strong spanish flavor. It also boasts of lovely beaches and an active night life.

But I bet there are tons of places only the insiders will know. Please come and add those must see attractions to this list. I'm going ahead and naming the most famous ones -

1) Bayside Marketplace- Located between Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami, the Bayside Marketplace is quite popular amongst the tourists as well as the locals.

2) CocoWalk - One of the leading outdoor entertainment centers, it is located in the heart of Coconut Grove. It has plenty of specialty shops for doing your shopping along with restaurants offering a variety of global cuisine.

3) Crandon Park Beach - It is one of the most popular beaches in Florida. Spread over 900 acres, it is a lagoon style beach with concession stands, multiple picnic areas with tables and grills, a playground, splash fountain, and even a carousel for kids.

4) Bal Harbour Shops - Known as the fashion Mecca of the world, it is set in a very picturesque location just across the street from the ocean with a lovely tropical garden.
