Best Indian City for study!

I have no idea which uni to attend...one is University of Delhi ,the other is jamia hamdard university, both are M.SC on Computer..which one is better , if you were me, what would be ur choice??

another more question, anybody know MSC(2yrs?) on Computer or MCA(3yrs?)which course is better..and which one is more difficult to be matriculated...

actually, i almost know nothing about this two uni...and india...
so.any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!!...

question plus, New delhi, Mumbai,which city is better for study...first i wanna go Mumbai ..but..my friends always worry me about the sad horror thing occured some time ago...so i only apply for the uni in Delhi ,but for this issue ,any one wanna say something??
which city is better for study ,for living ,for making new friends,for finding part time or full time job,for making money (for foreigner...)..hehe...
