Canada visitor visa invitation to parents

Hello

Has anyone sent invitation to parents for the purpose of visa? What documents does one need to send? Does it change from province to province? Is it different for someone on work permit?

i think this too late but i sponcer my mom two times. what we need is job letter, bank statement, if u have any property that papers and latest tax statement. take all these and any advocate will make letter thats it . if u want i will give the lawyer add .

when we sent the sponsorship letter to my mother in law we sent the below and based on that she got visa (twice).

1. Recommendation/invitation letter stating the purpose of visit (vacation/wedding etc). Make this elaborate 1 full page and sign
In this you will also need to mention that your parents will be staying with you and you will take care of all the expenditure while they are here.

2. Bank statements of you and your husband (if you are married).

We were on work permit when we sponsored my inlws visit to canada
I think as rakhi mentioned those documents r enough
we got the visas easily I think first time u get 6 mths visa
