| Dear lady, I'm in Richmond. That is only across the river from Vancouver. Of course, I'm a guy. I like ladies, so I go to a ladies site. My logic is simple to me. Most respectfully, Indrabolt |

| My dear lady, By Land Mass, Canada is the second largest country on earth. Russia is first. Vancouver will even have the 2010 Winter Olympics. Some of the evens will only be 5 miles from my home. Canada has 10% of the world's forests. In fact 10 countries have two-thirds of the worlds forests. You can go to French speaking Quebec, or the other English speaking Provinces. Everything will work much as if you visited Seattle. Canada even claims the North Pole, so you may freeze is you wish. You can Ski at Whistler, or Banff. We invented hockey. [ We invented Basket Ball], but you took it away from us. If you like cities, we have them too. You question is much like: " What can a person do in the USA"? There are lots of things to do. | hi i live in surrey,a suburb of vancouver. There's tons of places in and around vancouver. In and around vancouver there are places such as grouse mountain, Seymour mountain that are good for skiing and snow lovers. There are lots of beaches around such as the Jericho Beach, Whte Rock beach. If you go down to West Vancouver you will get a chance to look at the mountains a bit an there are lots of lakes around the place and there are also lots of trails for hiking etc. For all the shopping lovers there are huge malls such as the Pacific Center, Metrotown @ Metropolis, Aberdeen(Chinese mall). If you are interested and willing to drive a bit there are places such as Cultus Lake, Harrsion Hot Springs that are about 1 hr drive from Vancouver. If willing to travel even longer, you can drive upto to Kelowna, Penticton, kamloops etc. The drive to the last three cities is just spectacular. I bet you didn't see anything like it before. If you want more info just go down to the nearest visitor info center. Last edited by lilly : 5th December 2006 at 12:09 AM. |
