Farmer's Market

Hi,
Can anybody suggest me a good Farmer's market in bay area? I have seen one on Wolfe rd. But have not been there yet. Is that good?

Hi Geeta,

There is a farmer's market held every weekend off Castro Street in Mountain View . This is right outside the train station in one of the parking lots. Check it out- I have been there a few times and it was nice.

Hi Geetha,

I have only been there on Sundays so I dont know about Saturday. But it is a good place to go shopping. Sometimes you get good deals when it is closing time but then they may run out of things by that time too. I found some comments on it at this website:

No cards accepted. Only cash. And don't forget to put your bargaining skills to use- you may be able to get good deals on veggies and all....

Sure I'll carry cash with me. My daughter goes to Tamil school on sundays. So I'll be able to reach the market place at 12.20 - 12.30 at the earliest I guess.

We couldn't go to Farmer's Market last sunday as my daughter was back from School at 12.30 pm. Should try next.
