 Best Practices Hi friends, I will be traveling to US-Bay Area(Cupertino) very soon for long term assignment. Right now i m going alone but my hubby and 4 year old son will be joining me in 1-2 month time frame. This is my first time in US as a working lady( I had been there twice but on H4). I am looking forwards for the tips for managing home,kid and work in an efficient way. Please share your experiences. Thanks in Advance. Maneesha      |
