    Once the evaluation results reaches the State Board, California State board's response time for processing and confirming approval was 4 to 6 weeks, when I applied (May2014) . I believe different state boards have different processing times.

    I am planning to take CPA. I need your guidance about the entire process. What study material did you use and how is it? Which section did you took first? Which section did you find easiest? thinkingsmiley

    Can you please share your experience right from the first step (documents required, evaluation agencies and the websites)

    Thanks @rajiee. Do you have to get your marksheets validated first? Did you also have to submit a copy of your syllabus etc?

    @Desigal10, I would think the ease of papers would depend on your background. For eg if you have an accounting background or a numbers person the accounting paper would be easy. For someone with a law background the law paper would be easy.

    I have heard many people start with BEC though.
