Places to visit around bay area

Hi All,

I am starting a thread to list out the tourist places in and around San Francisco bay area. I request other members too to come up with their suggestions. Lets all have a blast this holiday season!!

1 day trips :

1. San Francisco City / pier 39 / Golden gate bridge / baker beach
(Don't miss a late evening ride to Twin Peaks)

2. Muir woods/ Stinson Beach

3. Napa / Sonama county Wineries

4. Winchester Mystery house near Sunnyvale

5. Route 1 / Half moon bay

6. Monterey bay / 17 mile drive

7. Santa Cruz / Mystery Spot


2 day trips

1. Yosemite national park
2. Lake Tahoe / Reno
3. Shastha Cascade

3-4 day trips

1. Los Angeles/ Hollywood/ Disney/ San Diego Sea World
2. Las Vegas / Grand Canyon
