    Hi Snehmon, We are a family of 3 relocating from Delaware to Fremont. I was looking at the rating for Waterfront. How is the apartment? and how is the staff? Do they fix things up quickly if its not working? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks.

    I am having a good experience with waterstone. They do fix the things immediately. I am not sure about the rent...since mine is 1bhk.
