Im trying to find out the price range for renting a house / town home in and around Cupertino, Sunnyvale, San jose areas.. If u gals have any idea please let me know..

Most of the websites give lot of ino abt apartments but I couldnt find much about condos or single family houses.. Will see if I can find something.

Have you tried Craigslist? I moved into an owner-owned condo and have a few friends who did the same and all of us found our place through Craigslist.
