Moving to Melbourne from Canada

Hi, I am Anu from Toronto,Canada. We'll be moving shortly to Melbourne with our kids. Wanted to know more about schools. Looking for a place to rent initially in Templestowe or Kew. Debating between public or private schools. Our kids are in grade 10 and grade 5 currently. Also, I am a montessori teacher here. I'd like to continue working in Melbourne too. Any suggestions??
