Moving from NZ to Australia

Hi I am sumita from Auckland

Is there anyone from NZ who has moved to australia. Can you help me!! Need to know how different is life , costs, schools, rents etc in australia, is it worth the move?

I am planning to move to melbourne with family in June and need to know whether I should make a move. Any advices will be welcome.

the job amrket is down now. but again it depends on the field you are seeking employment.

since I don't know about the life in NZ I can't comment about it, but otherwise i guess it will be the same except for the monetary benefits (if there are)

Thanks for replying, Jahnu. I am working in the marketing & events field, wonder if I will be making a mistake leaving my job here at these times. The only reason I want to move is for my kids education. There are not many options available here. Also my daugther is in intermediate (year 7), will she get admission if she joins mid way , say in june??
