Austin Apartments information where my 2+ year son can have comapny for playing

Good Day Every1,

I will be relocating to Austin in couple of months and I am completely new to this place.
I need information on apartments where my 2 year old son can have good company of kids for playing.
In addition to it, I need information on apartments where gas range is available, I think cooking chapatis will be tough on electric.
Please share your experience it will be a great help for me.
