Post natal pregnancy help

    I am due in January with my second baby and would like to know if you know of anyone who comes home to help u with ur household chores, baby and toddler. If you know of any such person please do let me know.

    Hi Priya,

    Hope you had a safe delivery. By now, your baby should be almost 6months old. Not sure if you are still looking for help...if yes, I've heard some Gujarati ladies offering this kind of help - come home nanny, taking care of some simple chores like cooking, washing clothes/dishes, etc.

    You may want to post asking for help in grocery stores like Ambica foods, Taj groceries, Apna bazaar, Gandhi bazaar, etc. There will be a better response that way.

    If you are not specific about getting only Indian/desi ladies for help, you may check "care.com". You will find some experienced child care service providers (sometimes desis too) as well as know the going rates for such services in your location.
