hi tracey,

here in Nairobi, the population is mostly of indians so christams normally the indians travel for holidays abroad or go to the local game reserves or to the coast, new yrs there is so much going on here that you really would not know where to go first, there are celebration almost everywhere and it nice to celebrate new years here in Nairobi.
it is always happy and i don't think people are sad to spend christmas or new years here.

Nice to know that you guys enjoy the celebrations.Nairobi seems so far away.Do you know were Venda is or is it close to you.I have a cousin who lives there.Am not very good with direction so much so that i even turn the wrong way in the mall that i visit every week.
