I live in South Africa. I have been the Cape Town many times.

It is a very tourist friendly place. You can take the cable car to Table Mountain. You can take a ferry to Robben Island (the place where Nelson Mandela was once imprisoned)

You can visit Cape point and Cape Aghulas (The southern most point on the African continent) where the Indian and Atlantic oceans meet.

You can also visit the wonderful Kirstenbosch gardens and take trips to the beautiful wine country.

Plus there are amazing white sand beaches at Clifton and Bloubergstrand. Further, you can sample the amazing nightlife on Long Street and even visit the world reknown Two Oceans aqarium.

There is also a fun theme park called Ratanga Junction.

You will love Cape Town. It can be a bit windy, but gets very little rain in Summer (Which is when you will be visiting)

    Hope this helps.
